How much does duct cleaning or tank cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the number of AC units or tanks, and their condition, so we don’t use a fixed price list. We inspect first, then send a written quotation with the scope, price and schedule.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the service and the size of the property. Your quotation includes an estimated duration, so you can plan your day.
Do I need to leave the property?
For most cleaning work, no. For some disinfection work we may ask you to stay out of certain rooms for a short time, and we tell you in advance.
How often should AC ducts be cleaned?
It depends on how much the AC runs, whether there are pets, and whether there has been building work nearby. Many homes schedule it every 1–2 years. Our technician can advise after an inspection.
Do you clean water tanks for villas and buildings?
Yes. We clean rooftop, ground and underground tanks for villas, residential buildings and commercial properties.
Can I combine services in one booking?
Yes. For example, move-out cleaning, AC duct cleaning and repainting can be planned together and included in one quotation.
