6. Your responsibilities

- Remove or protect valuables and fragile items in the work area
7. Materials
Materials we supply are listed in the quotation. If you supply materials yourself, you are responsible for their quality, suitability and quantity, and for any delay if they are not available when needed.
8. Payment

9. Rescheduling and cancellation

11. Annual maintenance plans and contracts
Annual maintenance plans and portfolio contracts are governed by the plan or contract document you receive, together with these terms. Where the two differ, the plan or contract document applies.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for pre-existing defects that our work did not cause, or for problems caused by materials you supplied.
13. Website content
The content of this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to Keylid or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission.
14. Links to other services
Our website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
