How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Dubai?

It depends on the size of the bathroom, the scope of work and the tiles and fittings you choose, so we don’t use a fixed price list. After a site visit we send an itemised quotation, and we can suggest options at different finish levels so you can compare.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

It depends on the scope. A fittings refresh takes far less time than a full strip-out, which includes drying time for waterproofing and tile adhesive. Your quotation includes a schedule for each stage.

Do I need approval from my building or community?

Often, yes, especially for a full strip-out or changes to plumbing and drainage. Many buildings and communities in Dubai require an NOC before work starts. We identify what’s needed during the site visit.

Can I use the bathroom during the work?

Not the bathroom being renovated. If you have another bathroom, we plan around it. If it’s your only bathroom, we discuss the schedule with you before starting so the time without it is as short as possible.

Why does waterproofing matter so much?

In apartments, a leaking shower or floor can damage the unit below, and it’s one of the most common causes of leaks we’re asked to fix. A proper membrane under the tiles, tested before tiling, prevents it. We never skip this step.

Can I supply my own tiles and fittings?

Yes. We’ll confirm the quantities you need, including a margin for cuts, and check that fittings suit the plumbing before you buy. Your quotation shows clearly who supplies what.
