How much does AC duct cleaning cost in Dubai?

It depends on the number of AC units, the length and layout of the ducts, and how much build-up there is, so we don’t use a fixed price list. We inspect first, then send a written quotation with the scope, price and schedule. Nothing goes ahead until you approve it.

How often should AC ducts be cleaned?

It depends on how much the AC runs, whether you have pets, and whether there has been building work nearby. Many homes schedule it every 1–2 years, and always after a renovation. Our technician can advise after an inspection.

Can I stay at home while you clean the ducts?

Yes. We work room by room and keep the dust contained. If we use a sanitising treatment, we may ask you to keep a room closed for a short time, and we tell you in advance. Your quotation includes an estimated duration.

Is duct sanitising safe for children and pets?

We use products suitable for occupied homes. If any room needs airing before you use it, we tell you exactly how long.

I have wall-mounted split units. Do I need duct cleaning?

No. Wall-mounted split units have no ducts. They need their filters, coil and blower cleaned instead, which is covered by our AC Maintenance service. Duct cleaning applies to ducted, concealed and central systems.

Will duct cleaning lower my electricity bill?

Clean ducts, coils and filters let air move more freely, which can help your AC run more efficiently. The difference depends on how dirty the system was, so we don’t promise a specific saving.
