How much does AC maintenance cost in Dubai?

It depends on the type and number of units, their condition and any parts needed, so we don’t use a fixed price list. Our technician inspects your AC first, then we send a written quotation with the scope, price and schedule. Nothing goes ahead until you approve it.

How often should I service my AC in Dubai?

Air conditioning runs for most of the year in Dubai, so regular servicing matters more than in milder climates. Many homes service their units at least twice a year, ideally before summer. Our technician can recommend a schedule for your property.

Do you refill AC gas?

Yes. Refrigerant doesn’t get used up, so a system that’s low usually has a leak. We find and repair the leak before refilling, so you don’t need another top-up a few weeks later. Both steps are listed in your quotation.

My building has central or district cooling. Can you still help?

Yes. The main cooling plant is maintained by the building or the cooling provider. We service the parts inside your home, such as the fan coil unit, filters, drain line and thermostat.

What if my AC stops working at night or on a Sunday?
